Adrienne Blechman is an experienced and accomplished Audiologist, with over 15 years of experience in private and public practice across Victoria. She started her career with Australian Hearing in Bendigo, often travelling to remote communities and regional centres to provide much needed audiological services. After moving back to Melbourne, Adrienne and her husband Ryan, established Absolute Hearing, opening their first hearing clinic in 2003 in trendy Toorak Village, Victoria.
Absolute Hearing soon grew to be Victoria's largest independent hearing practice with 10 locations across Melbourne including Caulfield, Bentleigh, Albert Park, Hawthorn & Toorak. After building Absolute Hearing for 8 years, Adrienne and Ryan exited the business to focus on their growing family. Adrienne is passionate about Audiology and is past President of the Audiological Society of Australia (Vic), where she raised awareness and promoted audiological services to both hearing professionals and the wider community.
Adrienne is a qualified Speech Pathologist (La Trobe University) and holds both a Graduate Diploma in Audiological Science and a Masters of Clinical Audiology from the University of Melbourne. She is a full member of the Audiology Australia, and is accredited by the Department of Health, Worksafe, NDIS and Medicare.

Sue Coates is a very experienced Audiologist looking after the hearing needs of clients across Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia for 20+ years.
Prior to joining HEARING SAVERS, Sue worked at Connect Hearing, Absolute Hearing and HearService, successfully helping a broad range of clients, including Pensioners, Veterans, self-funded retirees and WorkCover clients.

Simon Phillips is a highly qualified Audiologist, having completed his Master of Clinical Audiology at The University of Melbourne, and his Bachelor of Science at Monash University where he majored in Psychology.
Prior to joining HEARING SAVERS, Simon worked as an Audiologist at Attune Hearing in Carnegie and Berwick, gaining experience in adult and paediatric diagnostic assessment and hearing rehabilitation, advising on a wide range of hearing aid brands.
As a musician, Simon has a special interest in improving the music enjoyment of people with hearing impairment and has completed research in this area. He is also interested in tinnitus, and has experience in vestibular assessment. Simon is delighted to join the HEARING SAVERS team, promoting affordability in the hearing aid market along with exceptional clinical service.

Rachael Fowler is based in our Malvern hearing clinic where you'll be greeted by Rachael’s affable smile and warm voice at the front desk. Rachael is very experienced in the hearing care sector, working at Ear & Hearing in Kew, Ashburton and Malvern for 8 years.
Rachael is a keen traveler, touring Europe, Japan, US and Canada is always planning her next overseas adventure.

Miriam Grossman is a qualified Speech Pathologist and Audiologist, with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology from La Trobe University and a Masters of Clinical Audiology from the University of Melbourne.
Prior to joining HEARING SAVERS, Miriam worked as an Audiologist with National Hearing Care in Caulfield, focusing on adult hearing diagnostics and rehabilitation, including fitting of the latest hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
Lori Brits is a qualified and experienced Audiologist that has completed the Master of Clinical Audiology at The University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Science at Monash University. Lori always had a keen interest in Physiology and Anatomy.
Lori previously worked as an Audiologist at Australian Hearing in numerous areas of Victoria, as well as taking on managerial roles and supporting other staff members in marketing positions. Her main focus was adult diagnostic assessments and hearing rehabilitation, advising on a wide range of hearing aid models.
At HEARING SAVERS, Lori is delighted to look after the needs of our clients, and assisting them in the hearing clinic as well as over the phone and online.
Ryan Behr has a passion for small business in Australia enjoys looking after the 'business' side at HEARING SAVERS to support Adrienne and team in each of their important roles. He is responsible for to ensure the smooth operation of the business, including finance, IT, marketing, recruiting and general operational support.
Ryan has worked in the Australian hearing sector since 2003, initially establishing and managing Absolute Hearing's 10 clinics, and 20 years experience as a Management Consultant, working with many of Australia's leading companies on important strategic initiatives, with a particular focus on growth, competitive and marketing strategy.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Systems and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from Monash University, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
Sarah Hookway is usually the first person our clients speak with over the phone, greeted with her typical warm friendly welcome. Sarah enjoys helping clients arranging appointments and troubleshooting pesky hearing aids, to ensure they are cleaned and working at their optimal performance.
Prior to joining HEARING SAVERS, Sarah worked as a medical receptionist, at a busy GP clinic as well as managing a local hair salon in Bentleigh for a number of years. Don't be shy to ask for any hearing and hair-styling tips!
