We ship to all addresses across Australia via regular Australia Post, which typically takes between 3-9 business days after shipping date.
You can choose the option of Express Post or Courier for next day delivery, for orders placed before 12pm on weekdays.

Unfortunately, we are unable to post to customers outside of Australia, except for NZ.
* Courier service is provided by StarTrack. While Courier service is the fastest delivery option, next-business day delivery is not guaranteed by StarTrack. Regional delivery locations typically take an extra 1-2 business days for delivery. Where items are custom ordered, these items will typically be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Express Post remains Australia Post's fastest postal service.
However, in September 2021, Australia Post suspended next-business-day guarantee due to ongoing COVID-19 disruptions.

You can return items within 30 days for a full refund if you are not fully satisfied with the product.
We'll cover the cost of return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We will process your refund within 2 working days once your item is returned.
If an item was ordered incorrectly, for example the wrong size batteries or domes, we will gladly replace the item with the correct model as long as the item is not used, and the packaging remains undamaged and unopened. Please note, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you need to return an item:
- Login to your account
- View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
- Click the Return Item(s) button
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
