Tele-Audiology supports hearing aid fitting, troubleshooting and follow-up care, utilising your phone or tablet's Bluetooth coupled with advanced cloud-based fitting software.
The main advantage of Tele-Audiology is ease of access, espcially for those living in regional areas or with mobility limitations.
Absolutey. You can take advantage of our low hearing aid prices, remote clinic care and then should you decide you need an in-person consultation, you are welcome to attend any clinic of your choosing.

We will confirm your eligibility under the Hearing Services Program, which is based on your hearing loss and date of your last hearing aid fitting, and then advise you of your options and rebates. Please note, conditions apply under the Hearing Services Program.
Tele-audiology (remote hearing care via video/app) works well for most clinical hearing care, however, services requiring physical touch or direct visual inspection require an in-person consultation.
Hearing tests, ear inspections, earwax removal and ear impressions for custom hearing aids or moulds cannot be delivered remotely.
