I was not very financial with my family situation, I had a Big Problem I had a Bad Left Ear , I cannot hear on my Left ear. Approximately Nine and half Yrs Ago I Rang Hearing Savers in Bentleigh I spoke to a nice Lady Called Adrienne – I told her I had two kids at school and a wife who works casually, I was needing HELP.

I’ve been buying hearing aid batteries for an older family member online for more than 4 years from these guys. And seriously saving a small fortune!

My family member requires 312 size batteries. They prefer either the Oticon ($3.40) or Widex ($4.20 or $3.90 in a box of 10 this is literally the most expensive option) and yet compared to the $10 at the pharmacy or supermarket and higher cost at the audiologist - it’s a bargain!

We’ve always received high quality batteries at an excellent price. The orders always arrive quickly. The best bit is postage is free no matter the size of your order, so while we normally bulk buy for convenience - on the odd occasion we’ve ordered less to try a different brand etc.

A few weeks ago my family member needed to have a hearing check up so we decided to try Hearing Savers. We were able to quickly get an appointment with Michael in Bentleigh. Michael was very nice and came up with some new ideas...with a few tweaks their hearing was the best it’d been in months! Giving the family member time to decide what they want to do more permanently. He even gave us a tip about using a paper clip when wearing a mask to stop it interfering with the aids.

Whatever happens we’ll be back to Hearing Savers online and in store for the great service, quality products and always low prices.

I just wish more people who traditionally require hearing aid batteries had the know how to find these guys online and get the benefits themselves!

When I was looking for a new pair of hearing aids I went to 3 different providers but was not satisfied with the service and the prices quoted for the hearing aids. I was pleasantly surprised when I contacted HEARING SAVERS who I found on the internet for the following reasons:

They promptly replied to my queries regarding hearing aids I was researching.

They made an appointment with one of their own Audiologists.

After the audiologist assessed my hearing aid requirements she explained that the technology of the hearing aids I was researching were old and prescribed the latest Oticon technology. Since the price was reasonable I tried them out for a month. They were excellent. However, the company introduced a more powerful version a month later and when I requested if I could try these out this was agreed to without hesitation. Since these were more effective for my type of hearing I was allowed to exchange the original ones for the new ones without any extra charge.

Batteries were promptly dispatched whenever I requested them.

The Audiologist at Edgelcliff was excellent took me through the hearing aids, set them up and gave me great instructions She also explained more re my condition than my previous local Audiologist. They are an excellent agent for you. Well worth the train trip into Edgecliff!

You personally were very helpful and that gave me the confidence to go forward with my first hearing aid purchase. The Hearing Aid market place Is very confusing and while I came across Hearing Savers to find a lower cost for my hearing aid ( which you did offer) in the end it was your service and advice that made me confident with making a decision to purchase the Phonak.
